HOW WE ARE KEEPING OUR CUSTOMERS SAFE

WE ARE OPEN although given the need for social distancing and hygiene measures to protect both you and our staff, we’re operating a little differently.  If you are able and happy to come to us, or happy that we come to you, this is what will happen:

Coming to our showroom - before you visit

Our showroom will operate on a private appointment basis only. This therefore means that you, or you and one other person such as a family member or carer, would be the only customers in the showroom at that time.

To make an appointment, just call 01463 250850 or email info@city-mobility.co.uk

The Health and Safety of our staff is of the utmost importance to us.  And keeping staff well means we will be able to continue to serve the 100s of people with disabilities and mobility issues that rely on us.  Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell or displaying any of the advertised signs of COVID-19. However, we would ask for your patience as social distancing can sometimes mean things take a little longer.

Visiting our showroom

Our staff will:

  • keep at least 2 metres from you and obviously won’t shake hands when they greet you;
  • give you the opportunity to wash your hands or use a hand sanitiser;
  • keep all the surfaces you may come in to contact with clean and sanitised;
  • wipe down equipment before you test it out;
  • if verbal distanced instructions aren’t enough and we need to get closer to show you how something works we will wear a mask and ask you to wear one too unless you are exempt from wearing one (you can provide your own or disposable face masks can be provided).

This will all help to ensure that you’ll be able to relax and take all the time you need to discuss your mobility needs with staff and find the best product for you.

Free home demos of powered wheelchairs and mobility scooters for Motability customers and private customers

Most home demos will take place outside so wrap up warm and don't forget to lock your door if we take a test drive away from your home.  If we have to come inside your home we will wear a face mask.

Our staff will:
