How we are keeping our customers safe
We have established additional procedures to reduce close contact and cross contamination. We would however, ask for your patience as we can only serve absolute emergency calls only.
What we are doing to keep you safe.
Staff are being extra vigilant about hygiene so washing and santitising hands like it is going out of fashion!
At customer's homes:
Staff can carry out a repair outside of your home if you leave your equipment outside for us (or get someone to do it for you). Before we start work on it we will wipe or spray it with anti-bacterial product to protect staff.
Once we have completed your repair or service we will wipe or spray your equipment before leaving it for you to take back in your home.
If you need to make a payment you can phone the office to make a payment or use a freshly wiped card reader (where available). We would repectfully request that you make payment immediately after the work is completed.
