MORE INFORMATION FOR MOTABILITY CUSTOMERS
If you lease mobility equipment through the Motability Scheme and it has broken down outside of your home you should call Motability Assist on 0800 953 5000 to get you home safely as normal.
If you’ve been in an accident please call RSA Motability on 0800 294 0790 to report the accident as normal.
If you have any queries about your lease during the Covid 19 Pademic you can call Motability on 0300 456 4566 or visit the Motability website for up-to-date information.
If you have had a letter from Motability reminding you that your service is due, we will know about this. There is no need to get in touch as we will re-schedule this as a priority once we are open again.
As with most other businesses we are playing our part and remain closed to all but customers with an absolute emergency need (Motability or Private customers).
What do we mean by emergency:
- We appreciate most issues with your equipment will inconvenience you, stop you getting out and about, or render it un-usable for a period. However, these are not emergencies and we would ask you to understand the need to protect our staff.
- If you are unable to get around within your home because your equipment has failed and you do not have back up equipment - this is an emergency.
